OUR SHIPPING POLICY 

 

Lead time

  1. We will try our best to send out shipments within 2 working days
  2. If stock is unavailable, the lead time will depend on the brand/vendor's schedule

 

Shipping time and Couriers

  1. All the items will be sent by Fedex from Hong Kong; a tracking number will be provided so that you can track your package anytime on the Internet
  2. Estimated time of arrival will be around 7-15 days depending on the country and the customs processing time

 

Insurance

  1. Insurance is included in the delivery from The Lavish Attic
  2. If the package is broken on arrival, please do not sign or receive the package, just reject the shipment and we will handle it with our courier

 

Taxes and Duties

  1. The buyer will be responsible for payment of taxes and duties at the arriving country.
  2. We do not accept taxes and duties as a reason for refund or exchange
  3. As the package is insured, we cannot accept any requests for a lower than invoice value for customs declaration

     

    Shipping Limitations

    1. As China is a signed party of the CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), certain watch straps or accessories that contain alligator, crocodile or kangaroo leathers are not allowed to export.
    2. If this happens, we will send the watch(es) to the buyer without the above mentioned watch straps or accessories.

     

    Exchanges, Refunds and Warranties

    1. No exchanges or refunds are allowed when purchasing on shop.thelavishattic.com
    2. All the items come with the warranty provided by the brand terms, roughly speaking there will be 2-3 years warrant for different watch brands.
