A watch that waltzes, laid bare. The Waltz N°1 Skeleton takes the award-winning original and opens it up. The small seconds indicator still resembles a waltzing disc, its striped pattern drifting gently out of sync and aligning with the dial only once per minute. This circular waltz pays tribute to the Viennese dance rhythm and emphasises the Viennese savoir-vivre: not every second counts. But now, the dial has been carefully openworked along the horizontal and vertical lines, revealing just enough to anticipate the refinement of the ultra-thin skeleton automatic movement. 

Inspired by 20th-century architect Adolf Loos, this iteration reveals its dial along vertical and horizontal guilloché lines, opening a window onto the mechanics beneath and pairing effortlessly with its stainless steel case, a study in transparency as much as simplicity. The sapphire case back completes the view, displaying the fully skeletonised automatic movement developed with Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier: an ultra-thin caliber with hand-finished, blackened bridges, visible from both sides, delivering the same refined power reserve as the original. Produced only in strictly limited yearly series, it is a rare and exquisite expression of the same Viennese waltz.
